The worst services ever. 3 hours just to change the oil
This is the only place I would ever take my car to be serviced! They are fabulous! BTW, since people seem to be naming names, I have had Amy and her crew servicing my car since 2008 (when I got it). I know the other service techs are awesome also but she is like my car's long-time, caring family doctor. She even reminds me when recalls or other incidental services might be due. My wife and I went in to get a newer vehicle for her. To our surprise we left with a brand new car. The staff was great the deal was too. When I buy a truck I'm going back. They have made us customers for a long time.
I would highly recommend Doxon to anyone looking for a new/used car we had great customer service and they made the buying process easy. We purchased a certified used 2013 Toyota Sienna. My boyfriend and I just walked out of this place and I'm still absolutely dumbfounded by our experience. Our sales guy only seemed to really acknowledge my boyfriend's existence and when I explained that we were interested in something a bit more spacious than the sedan he initially showed us, he completely wrote me off and proceeded to lead us to another small sedan.
