had vehicle serviced here 4x. I have always left with a bad taste in my mouth. This time I was in for a recall and perhaps this is why my service advisor, whose name I wont mention was unpleasant and uninterested. Requested electronic steering column disable and he said, "we don't do that here. we cant". showed him tactfully that he can and how to. I was looking for a Lexus ES 350 and contacted Doxon. I've never heard of this place so I thought it would be a smaller personable experience. I was trading in my Lexus IS250 which retail that $24000 trade in value $17000 according to Kelley Blue Book because it have low miles and it's in great condition. The young lady I thought I was working with by the name of Kerry said that She did know too much about Lexus so she had a guy named Liban to come talk to me. I test drove the vehicle, we talked numbers and decided to trade in my vehicle. While we were waiting for my husband to get to the dealership to sign paperwork with me, she kept my 2 young boys entertained and let me get my car cleaned out and put into the new car.
