Great place with almost everything you would want in a gym. Great service and friendly atmosphere.
The YMCA Downtown has a lot to offer being it's an older building. Everyone there is polite and helpful.
The YMCA downtown is a more serene experience than Jameson, since workout rooms, and studios are separate spaces. The staff are superb, and you don't have to take your own towels!
Best workout facility in Virginia and I understand they are doing amazing work in the community! Proud supporter of a great cause, all while getting healthier myself.

I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking. They are by far the most helpful and considerate to their members. They're always open when I want to go, they have a ton of classes for all age levels, and any aspect of fitness can be accomplished there. The staff is always there to help for any questions no matter how trivial. There is a true sense of family there. 5 stars!
