The staff at the downtown YMCA saved my life a year ago. I was exercising on a stairmaster when I had a massive heart attack. They called EMS immediately and took care of me until the ambulance arrived. They did an awesome job and I am here today because of the quick actions. I will never work out anywhere else!

So very thankful for the Y, the downtown gym is very well equipped, staff is are super and unlike other locations, CLEAN TOWELS ARE PROVIDED!!! :o)
