Grossly unprepared for modern payments. Whatever 3rd party company they use for online payments is severely incompetent. They refuse to set up auto ACH payments via bank accounts. Their online website repeatedly locks online payments for various reasons, and then they ask you to send your credit/debit card information via text, which is a HUGE security risk for the customer.
It's not fancy but it works. Nice guy manning the place. Interesting history to the building.
I’ve been renting from them for quite a few years at multiple locations. Their units are always secure and well taken care of. The guys that run it are super nice. I highly recommend! If they’re full it’s worth getting on a waiting list to get a unit with them!
