Guy Gilliard handled himself very professional. He really listened to what I wanted. Guy never left me hanging, whenever I called or texted him - his response time was immediate. His demeanor and personality is subtle, but don't let that fool you because he really know the real estate business. He found my investment property in a timely manner.
