Mr. Hickson has a great bedside manner. He explained the process of selling a home in great detail and I felt comfortable in understanding the method he would use to sell my home. He has a very good sense of humor. It was nerve wrecking to me to sell my home but Mr. Hickson made me feel more at ease throughout the entire process. He was there from listing to closing. I think the house was sold around 45 days after he listed it.
