During the process of purchasing my home, Derrick informed me of the do's and dont's, he let me know what I can get help with, the best way to negotiate on the bid for the houses I liked, he was very patient. When I seen a house I wanted to look at whether it was on his list or I seen in riding in a neighborhood and immediately schedule showings for me.
