Ehappy is so cute.
I have had a transmission problem since I bought it and they constantly acted like it was nothing. Only recently, now that it is out of warranty, did they miraculously figure out what the problem was. To make things worse, they had service bulletins on the problem since 2006 and according to the bulletin - not to fix it unless the customer complains.
