I made an appointment to drop off my car for service at 1pm on a Tuesday. They said they are working on a few cars so my car wouldn’t be done til Friday. Friday comes around and I call to inquire about the status of my car and they haven’t even looked at it yet. They then said it would be done by the end of the day Monday. Monday 5pm rolls around and I have to call them again and they tell me it’s not going to be ready today. She looked brand new when I picked her up. You can 't tell that she was ever damaged. 5 Star : Customer Service the staff was very friendly, they addressed all of my concerns and kept me informed as to what was being done and when work would be completed.
