They over charge, also they will scam you out of your money, they charged me $500 for a transmission diagnostic test on my 2013 ford fusion

I have conducted several transaction with the dealership over the years (3 purchases of vehicles/multiple servicing of the vehicles). I have never had any issues this business (purchases or service). They have always been fair and, on occasions and when they could, went above and beyond what was expected. Just as with any business that deals with multitude of customers day in an day out and knowing that businesses are not perfect, misunderstandings can occur.
