I financed a car through them and traded in my old car which had a lien on it and they knew it. They did not pay the lien and are expecting me to still pay the payment for my old car and make my new payments on the car I got through them. Additional I have not received my title and I got the car 1/1/2020 and I cant do a title without my lien settlement paperwork. 0 Star : My Experience I do appreciate what you could do. The external cosmetics looked great. Great job! However, I was unable to get other issues taken care of that needed attention. I will get another opinion as to why my windows and sunroof fail to operate properly. And lastly, the SRS light remains illuminated. That was not an issue prior to bringing my car to your facility. Overall, you have great professional staff. Once again I am very impressed with how great my car looks. Thank you very much!
