Just bought my first bike in 30 years. Richard and the rest of the staff are phenomenal. Richard helped me through the buying process, within my budget, and seemed genuinely pleased with how happy I was when I picked up my trike today. Bought a Retrospec single speed from DFBS last year. Bike has been A1 for me thus far. Service was STELLAR. Shop is a bit small, but location is good. Keep up the good work, team!
