in a emergency situation, My husband and I chose this place (because I needed out of a shelter, and all of the other hotels were expensive) they worked with us every two weeks, but strange things were happening, and they decided to hike up our room price a few days before Christmas 2018. well, my husband and I are back in the shelter again. This place is the worst of the worst! When booking online it didn’t look too bad but when we pulled up it was a junkies haven. Absolutely disgusting! Filthy room, un-cleaned bathroom, broken couch, smelled awful, and not to mention BED BUGS!!! 😡 I would give this place a 0 if I could!!!
the whole place is run down! our room stunk, the sweeper hadn't been run, mold in the shower, blankets totally worn out, no ice machines on the floors...the shower head pretty much sprayed from only a few holes. I've never been so itchy from staying in a hotel...couldn't wait to get home and shower in my own shower! the only thing nice was the price...but I will definetly pay more for a room somewhere else the next visit I make to erie.

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am still itchy from my back clear down to my toes. I am used to staying in ok motels up in erie. This place should be shut down. Before someone gets hurt or worst a child gets hospitalized. The pool is advertised but it is obvious it hasn't been open in years. We got into our room. Which smelled like mold. Would it really kill them to dust the walls? Dust all over the place. Everything outdated crappy WiFi smells bad also we called earlier was told was animal friendly got to the desk told NOT animal friendly had a sign on the desk that said pets allowed said he was a service dog n all of a sudden oh but there is a fee for it.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I would rate it a -10 if possible. There were burn holes all over the comforter and a dirty ashtray in the room meanwhile it was supposed to be non-smoking. Couch was completely broken and covered in pee stains. We paid $250 for two nights, with the condition it wasn't worth $20 a night. The staff was beyond rude and not willing to justify the situation in any way. Do not stay at this establishment you will be very disappointed.
