I am so thankful to have found this office. They know exactly what they are doing and have helped myself and many others who I have referred to them with their sleep apnea. Highly recommend! Dr. Thompson is so knowledgeable and Andrea does an exceptional job and truly cares about their patients.
I have been going to Downtown Denver Sleep Solutions for 5 years now. They have helped me with mild sleep apnea. Whenever I need something I reach out to Andrea and she goes out of her way to help me.
Horrendous customer service. Blocked time from work to drive to downtown office only to find out that they weren’t showing up. They said they had called me a few minutes earlier to let me know the appt was canceled (while I was driving to the appt!). Unacceptable and they were unapologetic. Do not waste your time.
Dr. Thompson and Andrea were wonderful! Very understanding and explained everything perfectly! Highly Recommend!!
