Dr. Sutherland is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I trust him implicitly. He really cares. He really listens, and he's fantastic with every procedure he performs. Marcy Corette is a super hygienist. She also really cares and takes great care cleaning and caring for my teeth. For example, you ever notice how some hygienists pinch your lip while they're working, so hard you’ll cry a little bit... Marcy never does that :).

Knowledgeable, personable dental professionals conveniently located in Allen Center. I moved to Betty Albers' practice at Downtown Dentists from my dentist of nearly 20 years due to location. After receiving several great recommendations from my coworkers, I went in for my first appointment yesterday and they were right. Their entire staff is fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased with my treatment. The doctor was knowledgeable and professional and kind. I know I am not a good dental patient, but he was more than understanding and caring in his treatment of me. I can't say I'm looking forward to my next visit, but I can say that I'm not dreading it.
Super duper staff. My only qualm is with the architects: who installs outlets upside down?!
