It is good that you keep me aware of changes in your operation that affect me. Like the 24 hour warning on cancelling appointments. I appreciate your emails advising me of my appointments via emails.
Super friendly and convenient for work. They have been been on time so far in the few years I have used them. On time is a key factor for me when getting into and out of an appointments during work hours.

Dr. Albert is wonderful. She has been my dentist for over 20 years. On the rare occasion that I need immediate attention, Downtown Dentists are very accommodating and always fit me into their schedule.
One does not have to wait long at all after arriving for an appointment. The staff and doctors are very courteous and professional. They know their stuff!
