I've been going to Down Town Dentist for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. They have a fantastic staff; all super friendly and very customer oriented. I've never really experience to much pain whenever I've had them perform any dental work and they have done a lot of work saving my teeth.
Everyone is very professional, courteous, and kind. Very wonderful new office.
New offices, same great doctors and assistants. A pleasure, if you can say that, to go to the dentist.

I love both Dr Albers and Dr Southerland. And I have been coming to this practice since it was Dr Saad...over 20 years. I've never written a review before because I've always been happy. And I'm not confrontational so I wouldn't say anything to the hygenist directly for fear of hurting her feelings. However I was not happy with her level of service. Please see below for more detail.
Hi. Well, I waited a week to comment &/or be anonymous. You folks have always been great, but reluctantly - thinking you should know - my last cleaning was not pleasant. I do NOT want to get Rebecca in any trouble as she was decent and professional. But the cleaning was rough - it hurt. I wondered half way through about the methods. I made a few "gentle" comments - like, "this doesn't usually hurt, I'm used to the water pick. Not my best visit. I had to wait 25 minutes to see the hygienist. Dr. Albers, however, is always very efficient.
I've been a long time patient and have never thought of wanting to change dentist.
