The moment you book an appointment and enter the door you are greeted kindly and taken well care of, from your friendly hygienists' to your dentist. Reminds me of going to a small town, where "everybody knows your name". I have been a going to Downtown Dentists for 20 years, I trust my team and wouldn't think of going any where else.
Dr. Betty Albers and the staff at Downtown Dentists always do an excellent job. They make you feel right at home and truly care about your well being.
Dr. Albers is the best. She is totally painless. My whole family comes from all over Houston to downtown just to see Dr. Albers

The staff is very professional and helpful. I had a problem with one of my teeth and they got me in right away.
Office staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hygienists are consistently courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Office environment is very open and welcoming. Dentists are always willing to spend whatever amount of time I need to answer any questions I might have.

Office atmosphere is quiet, clean, friendly and professional. Dental staff are professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The desk staff can be at times discourteous? example: credit cards/medical cards handed to staff should be returned or handed back to patient/recipient along with receipt, not slid or pushed toward individual on counter.
