The location is great for working downtown and popping in for a bi-annual cleaning or any work needed. The Staff is kind and comforting. They add a special level of care when they remember me from visit to visit and we can pick up our conversation right where we left off.
Dr. Albers is efficient, friendly and takes excellent care of me.
The location, reviews, and bios caught my eye initially when researching dentists in the area. The experience was even better. Everyone was kind and caring. Dr. Pagel was understanding and on point in regards to my needs. Clean and efficient office. Recommend highly!
Very convenient and pain free
Dr. Pagel is gentle, caring, compassionate and an outstanding dentist. He made this extremely nervous patient feel comfortable and calm. Every single staff member is equally kind and wonderful. I could not imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. Dr. Pagel and the team at Downtown Dentist are simply the best!

I first visited Dr. Albers around 1992. She makes visiting the dentist a lovely experience. I have referred numerous friends and family to her care over the years due to the utmost faith that I have in her. The crown that she installed ~25 years ago is still going strong!
