Nice office and facilities, always friendly staff, and it helps when everyone there keeps things light and humorous. Good "chairside" manner by the Dentists and Assistants! Compliments on the root canal! I slept great without pain relief and it feels great the day after! We headed off a terrible toothache...thanks for getting me in and done quickly....and hopefully we saved a tooth! Great job!
I hadn't been to a dentist in many years but finally decided to go. I'm so glad I chose Downtown Dentists. The staff is pleasant, the Dental Hygienist I had was great and Dr. Pagel spent more than enough time explaining procedures I need done and answering my questions. I would recommend their office to anyone.

I have used the services of the team now renamed "Downtown Dentists" for several decades, including the period when the practice was located in West U. I have always received excellent service and courteous treatment, and never considered moving to a more convenient location.Even now that I am retired I do not hesitate to make the trip to Downtown Houston twice a year to continue using their excellent services. I greatly recommend that practice.
I love this office and the entire staff! Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Communication is high on their list and work is not performed unless needed.. Great downtown location as well!
Same service and staff; as usual - EXCELLENT! Would not change dentist office unless they closed the doors and then I really would not know where to go.
