Have been going to Downtown Barre for a year now. Exercised most of my 62 yrs and possibly my favorite exercise with the best results. Take a picture of yourself before and after. You will be amazed!

I just recently moved to the area, not really knowing anyone, and never had taken a barre class. I immediately felt welcome and comfortable at the studio. All of the instructors are absolutely amazing and the workouts are fun! And tough!! I love it here!
Had the best experience yesterday! First time in & felt as comfortable as ever!
I have been to two different classes so far and they both have been amazing!!! Great teachers who know what they are doing. They push you to work harder but not to the point where you feel like you can't do it! I highly recommend everyone try out these classes!!!
