I just recently had my second child in two years. While I love being a mom, I felt like I was starting to lose my identity in a sea of nap times and dirty diapers. I finally decided to do something for myself and join Downtown Barre...and to quote my husband, “I feel like I’ve gotten my energetic, refreshed girlfriend back!” Thank you for welcoming me with open arms and for encouraging me to make myself and my health a priority! It’s been a game changer for me!
Friendly folks and a work out like no other. The classic Signature Core Barre class ain't fooling. If you are looking to work tiny muscles you never knew you had and get that core in top notch shape, this is the place. The Core Barre, Ballet Barre combo is perfect for that and then get your zen on with a yoga class or two, just to make sure you are in your good self-love groove. Glad I tried it!
Absolutely love coming here. Every instructor is fantastic and truly love what they do. Always encouraging offering the best overall experience no matter what level you are at. Thanks for being great ladies!
