First of all, I absolutely love this place, it's my home away from home. This is the best workout I have ever done with incredible toning/sculpting benefits. The facilities are always clean, super friendly staff, great variety of classes and amazing instructors. For example this morning I attended Stephanie Maynor McIntyre bike/Infrared barre class and it was absolutely phenomenal. I have been going to downtown barre for over four years. I tried a new to me class this morning, bike and barre. What a great class taught by Anna. I’m not a morning person but I think this woke me up more than my usual multiple cups of coffee. Probably better for me😘!
Amazing! I worked muscles I haven’t in a long long time. It’s different and the energy was awesome.
