RecommendedI received a recall letter for my Jeep Grand Cherokee with a six month window to take it in for the initial visit. After almost two full months of trying to get it to Salsbury’s in Baton Rouge and getting the run around, the shut downs happened. Once reopening began, I attempted to bring it to Salbury’s again. RecommendedHad a truck breakdown in a remote location 60 miles away. The team at downtown auto group is simply awesome. We were traveling from Colorado and they diagnosed the problem quickly ordered the part and had me back on the road within a day or so. Give me a loaner car to make sure we were not disrupt it on our vacation. Very knowledgeable team and very easy to work with- highly recommend them!
Bought a used vehicle from here on 5/20/20. They told us we had a week to bring it back to get it detailed and and inspected. Brought it back two days later. They had the car for about 2 hours. When we picked it up, it was inspected yes.. but was NOT detailed! The only thing they may have done was a bad job of vacuuming. It’s a scam and the fact that the advertisement is still up is proof. I saw where other people said they didn’t have any and messaged a salesman who said the white truck sold but they had others. We were told they had others this morning and made an appointment with a manager- come to find out they weren’t there , it’s their off day.
