We are from Montana traveling to Vernal to visit family. We were getting a warning code on our truck so stopped in to see what the warning was. The service manager and crew had us in right away and problem taken care of before we knew it. I can^t say enough about this dealership. Excellent service, helpful staff. Always love a company that makes it easy on the customers to leave their vehicle for repairs or a service.
Had a truck breakdown in a remote location 60 miles away. The team at downtown auto group is simply awesome. We were traveling from Colorado and they diagnosed the problem quickly ordered the part and had me back on the road within a day or so. Give me a loaner car to make sure we were not disrupt it on our vacation. Very knowledgeable team and very easy to work with- highly recommend them!
Probably spent less than 15 minutes talking with them about my car. But in that 15 min they were very informative, professional, and friendly. Type of place that would go the extra mile in serving people.
