Very pleasant!! We were traveling and had an issue. I arrived at 8am on a Monday morning with no appointment , they had the problem diagnosed by 9 and fixed by 11. They had taken me back to the rv park and picked me up when it was ready. These folks were fantastic and Marie was super.

We are very pleased with Downtown Dodge and their service and warranty department. Our vehicle had some issues and they were willing to follow it through until is was corrected fully. we were taken care of very well. rides to and from, care and precision were executed beyond normal expectations as delays do happen at times. Derrick in the service department was awesome I enjoyed our experience. in the past the people I had encountered where not people I wanted to work ever again. but things have changed. The people in service really tried to earn our trust and business. thank you downtown Dodge will be back!
I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now for parts to come in to get my van fixed and my husband called today to find out they have no record of my van even needing fixed or what needed fixed on it. So are you all dishonest? Did you lie to me about what you claim needs fixed? Why tell me two weeks ago the parts are ordered and it may take time to get them here because of the snow and avalanche conditions in Denver if you didn’t even make note of it or order the parts?
