I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle or even use the service department at Allstar Dodge. I had my truck serviced and the mechanic changed the wrong part and used bonding glue to repair my other part instead of replacing it! I give this dealership a 0 out of 5 stars. I repeat if you want a horrible service experience then by all means got to Allstar Dodge because they will definitely give you one!
The positive side of All Star Automotive is the massive inventory of overpriced vehicles on all of their locations. First they informed me that they misrepresented the vehicles that they had in stock. They said those vehicles were lost in transit. Then they offered me a few thousand dollars less than the valuation system on their own website said my trade in was worth. Most incompetent group of mechanics and customer service reps I’ve ever seen. Will not ever purchase from or use them for repairs ever again.

Used Car department and Service department. Begininng of March we went to Walker used cars. After standing around 10 mins being looked at silly,finally a salesman comes up and ask if we needed something. I told him we was looking for a vehicle to buy soon as possible. He asked price range and what kind we was looking to buy. I liked the dodge journeys looking to spend around 20k. He showed us the 2019 dodge journey and let us test drive.
