Excellent as always!
Look no further. I had a great experience at Downtown Atlanta Dentistry. The entire experience from the polite and smiling receptionist to the hygienist who was extremely nice to Dr. Kirby the dentist with a sense of humor and gentle for those of us who are big babies. I can't thank them enough for a wonderful experience.
I was taken aback when asked to fill out forms to which I was very much, and totally, unprepared. The forms are routine but the questions are vague and not specific. When I was required to fill out another form with the scheduled dental hygienist, I had to ask her how to complete some of the questions. It would have been much easier to e-mail me that coming in a few minutes early to update medical history would have been helpful & courteous for the customer's time.
