I enjoyed the visit (I normally hate doctors & dentists in general) The staff was friendly (Shaka at the front desk, Kim the hygienist and David) Dr. George was fun to talk to. He made me feel comfortable and his diagnostic was even better. I do not need a crown :) I am loving this

My visit was great. All smiles from the front to back exam room. Always a pleasure to see Kim & Dr. George.
This appointment was just for a regular teeth cleaning. It was fast and comfortable and the hygienist was very kind and made me feel at ease. The location and hours are convenient, especially for people on a regular work schedule who may be unable to make it during regular business hours. Modern, clean, fast, friendly.
MY FIRST VISIT AT THIS DENTIST OFFICE WAS GREAT. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY FROM THE MOMENT I STEPPED IN. THERE WAS HARDLY ANY WAIT TIME AND THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THIS MY FAMILY DENTIST.
My Experience today at Downtown Dentistry was excellent. The staff as well as the Doctor (Dr. Greg Philips) were both friendly and very professional. I felt comfortable from the time I walked in the door until I left. I will be back :) Thank you all so much.
I came to DAD a few days ago for a new patient exam and everyone did such a great job of making me feel comfortable and welcome. I had not been to the dentist in quite a while before that, and the staff was super friendly and reassuring. My dentist was very personable and made sure she explained the process to me and what was going to happen next. I'm so glad I chose this practice!

I need to preface this with the fact that my dentist, Dr. Greg, and my hygienist, Kimberly, are both awesome—professional, friendly, honest, informative. The problem is how much this place has changed since they went corporate and moved away from their much more personable and less pushy business model.
