2 wks ago, I received a text from a tenant saying the basement had several inches of standing water. I called Downing Plumbing immediately, as they did all repairs at my mom's house last yr. more affordably and without the yard destruction that the competition had said was necessary. Downing (Bob was the fabulous tech) was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and affordable! Bob completed the job thoroughly, quickly, and neatly. I wouldn't use any other company ever! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 out of 5 STAR RATING!
My wife called them out to look at a leaky shower faucet and they were rude and told us they’d have to change everything out since they no longer make faucets with a separate cold and hot knob. Decided just to do it ourselves and imagine our surprise when we find 2 handle shower faucet sets at Menards just down the street........
Ryan and Brian were gentlemen who worked with a spirit of excellence and replaced our sump pump in less than a 1/2 hour (on short notice). We appreciated that they shared options but never pressured us to do something we couldn't afford at this time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
Thank you for coming out in the freezing weather on a Sunday to fix the problem with the sewer line and make sure it was done properly and getting my shower and toilets back up and running. You guy's are the best!!!
I highly recommend this local company!!! They cleared my tree root problem and restored flow with their more powerful equipment and charged me about half-price of what I paid the other national well-known company that couldn't! They wanted to dig up the yard for $thousands but Downing came with their more powerful augers and fixed it. My mistake for not calling them first! Our water heater went out on a weekend. Called my usual plumber and they couldn’t get us in for 2 weeks! Just looked on Home Advisor and within 1/2 hour Downing called and came out on a Sunday with no extra weekend/holiday rate! Will definitely call them again!
AL was very rude and acted like I was stupid. He tells me to turn on the water then when I do he tells me he did not want me to turn on the water. I will NEVER go with these guys again and I will NOT recommend these guys. Stay clear of them.SUPER RUDE
