Repairs were done promptly and when additional problem was found, quickly, efficiently, and courteously. A friend of mine had someone to their house today. First off she had asked the person coming to her home to please wear a mask. When the "gentleman" arrived with no mask he proceeded to argue that we are in stage 5 and he doesn't need one which actually is absolutely wrong and even if it wasn't he was in her home! Not a good experience.. at all. Very disappointing. Took a whole week to get a quote and quote was not what we requested. If the job was not wanted, all we needed was a “we can’t help you at the moment” as we could have moved on and found someone different. Do not recommend this place.
We had an issue starting on a Saturday and Downing was able to come early on Monday morning to diagnose and fix the issue. They were able to fix it within an hour and they did it for 500 dollars cheaper than a different company quoted us for. Thank you Bob!
They did a great job and made our lives a lot better and we thank them
