RecommendedWent to have the air bags replaced for a factory recall. Had no problem getting an appointment, job was done in less time than they told me. Service people were right on the ball. Great job Dowling Ford !! 👍
Have been dealing with Dowling since 1994 with Howard Warnken. Purchased over 12 vehicles for personal and business use in that time. Howie has always been professional and has met every commitment in that time. I also use the service department and am happy with their work and timeliness. They do what they say when they say it will be done. Bob in the Body Shop is another real asset. All in all I find the Dowling people very customer-centered. I love the fact I can make an appointment for service. Staff is very friendly; confirms up front what is being done and if there are issues you are told before the issue is resolved s d the price. Always on time.

I've purchased all my cars from Dowling Ford. Excellent service from Jim and Chris The parts and auto body departments take great care of your vehicle at a reasonable price. I highly recommend if your looking for a new or used vehicle to come here first
Very rude and dishonest. I will never get my vehicles serviced there again and would never buy a vehicle from them.
I have purchased nine vehicles, both commercial and private, from Dowling Ford since 1999. Howie has been my main contact since I first made contact with the company. He has been consistently caring, professional and extremely accommodating, regardless of the issue. In addition, I utilize the service department whenever possible. They are, by far, the best I have experienced.
