Excellent service over at dowling ford in Cheshire Pete and moose were very nice And the service technician that will reprogram my computer on my Mustang was very nice very professional I recommend their service department great people

Great place to buy a car. Special thanks to Chris and Ed for getting me into the brand spanking new Explorer I wanted, and continuing to keep in touch with me to make sure she's behaving like she should be. She absolutely is!! Dowling Ford will take care of you long after your purchase. I feel like part of the family. The best! Have used for service several times. Always do the job correctly and throughly. Time and again have shown themselves to be honest and trustworthy with exceptional customer service.
Had 2 problems. One was the lift gate on my '14 Escape was in too far in on drivers side, and causing the rubber piece to get hooked on. Got it repaired with no problem and cost was reasonable, parts and labor. I also had the recall done about the door latches. Work was done with no door issues, however, I had to repair the molding for the PS front door that got hung up when parts were put back. It was a easy fix for me. Over all, good job.
I was in a panic when my check engine light was on and the car(not purchased here as it was used) was"chugging" I had work out of town and our of state in just a few days! Even though I was not a previous customer they arranged to take my car the very next day! I am grateful for the caring manner of all the people I dealt with throughout my service interaction
I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge for Howard 3 weeks ago. The price was right and the financing package was very good. Today I walked in to the service department to have a hole in the driver's side front tire repaired. Another tire shop wanted to sell be a brand new tire to replace the brand new tire I already had. Dowling fixed the tire in quick fashion , emptied the back area that was filled to the brim and stored the spare tire all for free!!! Awesome place, highly recommended.
