RecommendedEasy to make the appointment. Have gone twice since I moved to Cheshire; once to get new tires and once for “the works” (oil change,etc). Both times I had to wait a reasonable amount of time, felt the work was done efficiently, and was happy to be served. Dowling Ford is my choice of dealership in Cheshire.

RecommendedI recently had my car serviced at Dowling Ford. At 1st things did not go well, my car required more work than I planned for and when I got my car back, the check engine light was still on. The next day I dropped my car off again. They not only finished the repair for free, the cleaned my car and filled the tank to compensate me for the inconvenience. It’s great when everything goes well but the real test of customer service is when it doesn’t and these guys came through .
RecommendedStaff was courteous and knowledgeable even though the first replacement part arrived defective. They promptly obtained another part and the problem was fixed
