Efficient, thourough and quick.
My experience was great from start to finish. I have several family members that are patients and the work repairing a broken front tooth on one of them prompted me to place my very difficult to earn trust in Dr. Joe and travel cross country to have the bridge on my front teeth replaced. Due to my travel schedule, they put a rush on the bridge and I was able to go home with new front teeth. As I hoped, the color and fit was perfect. It took me a couple of years to make the big step. I am so glad I went through with it!

I have never met a staff that was more friendly, or took such careful time to actually explain everything, than those at Dovetail Dental. I was impressed when they learned of my severe peanut allergy and one of the staff members immediately stated to me that she had eaten peanut butter that morning and was willing to take every precaution to insure my health and comfort. Dental work may be unpleasant but the staff at Dovetail are a pleasure. They are genuine people who are eager to make you comfortable. Dr. Cariello always greets with a warm hand shake and a smile. He explains procedures and options thoroughly and always answers questions about your visit. I never feel rushed or pressured. I am a long time patient of the practice (20 years!) and won't go anywhere else.
Whoever thought that going to the dentist could be fun? If you go to Dovetail it is not only fun BUT you are better off for it, your dental health is really important to them. Hardly any employee turnover, so you see the same friendly faces every time you go. I am a very satisfied customer, and have been for a number of years.

From the greeting at the front door by Anne, to the flurry of staff saying good morning (using my name) to the great selection of automobile magazines to peruse, this practice makes you feel welcome.
