Very Courteous pleasant experience. FYI...Suggest you have battery backup for your computers, or an automatic re-boot, as I was informed that I was due for X-rays, but I knew I had them 6- months ago, but the current computer screen showed I was due.
Well received by the receptionist, timeliness of my appointmental and quick to grasp my dental hygiene needs. Never felt rushed and received the attention I expected. A seamless transition for me.
I've been a patient for a few years and I keep coming back because: The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming They really help you understand your insurance coverage Office is clean, equipment seems up to date The dentists are really knowledgeable They don't even have the option for those dark fillings!
As usual - good job on the cleaning - very thorough - friendly staff. Also, would like to make a comment: while I was sitting in the waiting room - a little girl (probably 5 or 6 years old) went in to have some type of work done - the hygenist in the right hand corner behind the check in area was so friendly to this little girl - she was having a great conversation with the little girl that I'm sure was very comforting. I couldn't ask for a better Dentist. Dr. Cariello and his staff are just great and committed to given you a brighter smile. Right from the front desk on. Everyone is very polite, you can tell they enjoy their job. Great Team! Keep up the good work.
Patti was wonderful with my almost 2 year old son at his first apointment yesterday! She was patient and kind and go with the flow. She let my son play with all her fun equipment and even had a few giggles with him :) She was able to even get some flouride on!! Success in my book!!! As always, Dr. Keith was friendly, happy and kind!
If you have to go to the dentist, this is the place to go! Friendliest and most helpful staff. Cami is very thorough and gentle and always makes me smile...thank you!
