My daughter had a few cavities to be taken care of and Dr. Keith and his Assistant were wonderful. They were patient and calm throughout the process which made my daughter feel very much at ease.
Dr. Joe didn't let a power outage stop him from seeing if he had a bit of leftover juice in his grinding machine to smooth out my broken tooth until I could come back to get a new crown. It worked perfectly!
Everything was great. I discussed some options with Dr. Joe, and Melinda worked up some options with insurance coverage, which I would like to move foreward on, but I need to talk with Dr.Joe first on the order of progression & appts. needed. I thought he was going to call me later today, but I didn't hear from him & called at 5:20 PM or so & you were closed. So If he could call me tomorrow, hopefully we can get some things clarified, and set up appts for what needs to be done. John Tisdell
Professional , yet friendly. The receptionist knew me and greeted me as soon as I walked in. My hygenist was friendly an efficient. She explained why ,how and what she was doing. She also made suggestions to help me maintain healthy oral hygene. A good visit.
Great team from the reception through the door, my hygienist Claudia, her colleagues, Dr. Cariello and out the door with smooth handling of billing and any coverage or other questions. Thorough and professional with state of the art optics and imaging. Quick service when problems arise. I recommend this practice to all! Repeating a review from my last visit, but now with the corrected and well deserved 5 star rating. Had an old filling replaced with minimal pain and aggravation despite my fears! Staff are friendly, helpful and informative.
Everyone was so pleasant like I had know them forever. Had a grand time and nice clean teeth from Claudia.
I have a lot of anxiety about dental procedures including cleaning and exams, which I had today. Everything went very well. Everyone was very friendly. What can I say...I always have the best experience here!
