My son and I love coming to see you guys, as we have for many years now. One thing I mentioned to my son today is the office is so vibrant and happy -- people chatting and laughing it up. And Claudia and Patty are just wonderful, so kind and nice to talk to. Thanks Dr. Joe and Dr. Keith for having a wonderful practice.
5 days prior my child broke a baby tooth. We were able to reach Dr. Cariello on the after hours line with no issue. Then I was able to make a same day appointment for her, Dr Cariello was kind, patient and calming when dealing with her. She has a lot of anxiety about the dentist and he certainly considered that in his approach with her. We have been going here for over a year and the staff and dentist are always wonderful!
My daughter was injured while horseback riding over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning to see if she could be evaluated as the injury resulted in a loose adult tooth. The entire staff was amazing! They had me come right down and saw her immediately. In fact, Dr. Joe kindly chastised us for not calling him on a Sunday, even if only for our piece of mind. He truly means it when he says "anything for the kids!" I would never go anywhere else!!!
I love everyone at this office -- they are all great, esp. Dr. Cariello!
I had a great first visit at Dovetail. The reception was warm and friendly, my hygienist was super sweet and very knowledgeable, and my dentist was really great and detailed. I am sad I wont be in the state for too long but will recommend this place to anyone I can!
I've been a patient of Dovetail Dental for a few years now and love their staff, office and entire way of treating patients. I have seen multiple hygienists and have loved them all. Kristen gave me a great tip to make flossing a habit and it actually worked! Dr. Joe is very enjoyable to talk with and you can tell he genuinely cares about the health of your mouth and body. I have been going to Dovetail Dental for about 14 years now. Since Dr Cariello took it over it has only improved. From Anne at the front desk to Jess the tech, everyone is very open, honest and friendly. I had an 8:30 appt and I was done in 45 minutes. Very relaxed atmosphere, warm blanket if you need it. Who could ask for more.
Positively love this dental office!
