The staff makes it a point to know your name and have real conversation with you. Ann will do her best to re-arrange appointments at the last minute when life happens. The dental staff are always up to date with current and emerging technologies and dental information and work hard with you to ensure your dental health.
Friendly staff. You feel comfortable right away. I had my teeth cleaned and my hygienist was gentle and explained how good hygiene leads to good health.
Everyone at this office is always pleasant but going to the dentist is very difficult for me. I have had horrible experiences and my teeth are very poor. My only complaint is that I am never seen on time when I arrive yet I am expected to give them all the time in the world. When I expressed that I had another appointment, the teeth cleaning lady said they need an hour. To which I replied that I had arrived 15 minutes early and yet waited 30 minutes before I was seen. Thank you for the quick response and noon appointment to replace unhinged cap. Everyone so pleasant from Ann with special help with the bill, Keira, Claudia who came in to say hi, Crystal who said I had time to retrieve tooth left on kitchen table and of course Dr Carillo. Always a pleasurable experience when I come in.

I called at 8AM and had 9am appointment for a broken tooth. You can't get any better service.
Came to the office for a second opinion on a current patient's referral. Completely satisfied and happy with the appointment. Now pursuing a treatment plan that was clearly laid out after discussing the available options. I will use the analogy of going in for a car repair. The first shop says you've got a problem and we need to do x to fix it. You leave feeling like they didn't tell you everything and maybe there is an alternative repair.
