I wanted to provide feedback for my experience today with my cleaning with Claudia. She is always so pleasant and professional, but today, she went above & beyond. I came off a rough day of work travel yesterday, which ended at 2am this morning, and had a conference call at 9am that I could not change. Claudia got me in, got my teeth cleaned, x-rayed, and checked by Dr. Senat --- all within 30 minutes. It was amazing! My experience was very good. The nurse explained everything that was going to take place and how long each step was going to take. She was very considerate and seemed to know exactly what she was doing. Dr.Joe was very pleasant and went about the procedure in a very professional way. I was having a Crown done. Edith Gambee
Very professional and technically oriented Dental Technician, Silva, was Outstanding. Explained all of my questions, proceeded to tell me of the needs of using good dental hygiene, and proper ways of flossing and teeth brushing. I want her as my hygienist all of my visits.
My son had his first fill today and although he was nervous, the staff made him feel so comfortable. When he got in the chair they took the time to show him the tools they would use and explained exactly what they were going to do. The extra effort they took to make him more relaxed really worked. In about 15 minutes his filling was done. I asked him how it was and he said it didn't hurt and he felt great. Thank you Dovetail staff and Dr. Levesque for taking great care of Nicholas and making him comfortable.
Excellent processional service by friendly and conscientious staff. Makes coming to the dentist a pleasant experience.
Always a good experience. They run on time, and everyone from the receptionists to the dentists are professional and friendly.
