I felt very comfortable with my first visit. The entire staff from reception, hygienist's to the dentist were all friendly, inviting and had no problem explaining and answering any questions I had. I felt trusting in their diagnosis and treatment plans. Even though its a bit out of my way, I will be continuing my care here!
I recently switched to Dovetail when I had 2 questionable meetings with my long term dentist that I completely trusted. I went to Dovetail for a second opinion sharing the supposed findings of my previous dentist. They could have agreed and made quite a profit on work knowing what I had shared and my reason for seeking another office however they did NOT. Professional and tactful under the circumstances. This has been my second appointment, and I have found the staff to be courteous as well as knowledgeable concerning the care of my teeth.
I like Cammie because she is friendly and thorough. My only suggestion would be that with regular patients, she doesn't need to explain the importance of good oral hygiene every visit, unless there is evidence of poor hygiene. Otherwise, she is thorough but gentle and friendly.
I have always been very happy with the professionalism shown by the entire staff at Dovetail Dental.
