My family loves everyone here. The front desk goes out of their way to accommodate. My three boys love going to the dentist. I couldn't be happier.
Very Happy with updated techniques and knowledgeable staff. We recently switched dentists to Dovetail as our previous dentist and are very happy we made the transition. Even through dealing with a power outage they were efficient and provided a fantastic experience for my first visit.
Today I had a combination new patient and cleaning appointment. Dovetail Dental was highly recommended by a colleague of mine, and I quickly understood why upon seeing the facility and meeting with the dental hygienists and Dr. Senat. I was very impressed with how up to date all of the resources are, and how everything was explained to me. I've only had great experiences at Dovetail. Today I had the fortune of arriving with a painful condition during a power outage. Dr. Senat was kind enough to take care of the problem in the dark with a battery powered head lamp and a few instruments. No problem. You can't ask for better service than that!
Claudia is amazing. She knows how to deal with my anxiety about dental procedures in a funny, caring and compassionate manner. She knows when I'm becoming anxious and is able to ensure that all goes well. I've always been open about what a baby I am, running joke that I think she appreciates. She's also informative and continues to stay updated and provide tips for better dental care. Everyone is great. Including the new Dentist. Thank you!!
Appt at 320 pm was for my son but they had mistakenly entered my daughters name. They called and confirmed time the day before. No big deal. I arrived at 308 with all new patient paperwork completed. Appt went great for my son. Got home to a message that we were late for our 3pm appt and we world probably need to reschedule. Hopefully the mixup is an isolated scheduling incident.
I had a bridge come off in the morning and the staff at Dovetail were able to get me in order to get it taken care of right away., of course, a canceled appointment that morning helped. Dr. Joe helped me to come to the best decision on what to do in the meantime while looking at long term solution. I am very grateful for that.
I have been a patient here for a very long time and I always am impressed with the friendly, caring atmosphere and Excellent care that they provide. My regular hygienist is no longer available on my schedule, so, I had my first visit with Sylvia...she is fantastic.
