I recently had drilling done on a molar to repair a crack with a crown. Throughout the process I was asked numerous times if I was comfortable and to let them know if more novocaine was needed. They quickly stopped the drilling process when I began to feel some pain and administered more novocaine to numb the nerves causing the discomfort. The procedure was finished quickly after allowing a few more minutes for the last dose to take affect. I left the office free of pain and had no pain later on. Have been a patient of this practice for 32 years. Always a pleasure to visit.
From the minute you walk through the door until you leave, everyone is both very friendly and professional. The assistant (I'm sorry she was new to me, so I don't remember her name-Kyara, maybe?) and Dr. Joe both did their best to understand why I was in and to see how they could best assess the situation. Ann was helpful in booking my next appointment and verifying my insurance information so that I knew what to expect as far as payment would be concerned. Always a great visit!
