I have used DCR for a couple of years now and they are a top notch shop. They have performed repairs, virus troubleshooting and have sold me a rebuilt desktop computer, which has been outstanding to date. They are professional, courteous and are pretty accurate with their estimated time of repairs and completion. I feel very confident using them for my computer needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a computer problem. They will work with you!
These guys are the best in their business. I've been in there several times with different computer issues over the last few years and I've left happy every time. Jim and Andrew and their team were AMAZING in not only diagnosing my MAC desktop issues but also with their speedy and efficient customer service, at a more than reasonable price. I dropped my MAC desktop off at 11:00am, it was ready at 5:00, seriously, and runs better than new. Highly recommend!!
