I recommend Dover Computer Repair to anyone who needs computer repair, consultation, etc. It's refreshing to run across a company that doesn't put making money ahead of great customer service. If DCR is a drivable distance for you, you'd be crazy not to go here.
I have been indebted to Dover Computer Repair Inc for several years now. I have taken in some doozy problems for them to fix; the nice thing about it is that they fix the problems right on the spot. It's hard when one is technically challenged because the computer world does not come easy to senior citizens. I love Dover Computer Repair!! Taken them my ridiculous, seemingly simple problems any idiot would know the answer to but me. I am always treated with the upmost of respect and they answer all my questions going above and beyond what is called for. Can't say enough what a great computer store they are! They'll help you with anything.

I rarely write reviews because I tend to despise those who think they are actual 'critics' and that their opinion on Yelp or Trip Adviser matters to anyone but themselves. Whether my questions and concerns are lengthy or short these guys are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient at each visit! In addition, their prices are reasonable! Of course, it's always a pleasure to be greeted by their cute wheaten terrier!
