I had heard great things about Dover Computer Repair. i called and the gentleman on the phone answered a bunch of my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time. I brought the computer in to drop off, but he popped it open right there and checked some basic things. He had me leave with an idea that will hopefully save me $160 or so - and he could have easily charged me the $35 diagnostic fee, and instead charged me $15. Thank you once again for saving my computer. After spending an hour with Dell computer support they only left me with one option to wipe my hard drive. Andrew was able to recover my data and get my computer running within 15 min. I can't thank you enough!!

I have driven by this store for quite a while but only had occasion to stop in last week with a small problem which was fixed immediately. While there, I asked about a Mac laptop I had at home that was in dire need of upgrading. They were very helpful and gave me an estimate. These gentlemen read Chinese ! Or tell me how they save my files and programs completly within 24 hr while my hard disk failing and failed back up myself after many tries.
