I came to Dove House May 8, 2018. I became a resident May 18th. I was very troubled mentally, physically and spiritually. The Dove House provides for residents a safe, loving and nurturing home. There is no cost for the first 6 months. The truth is had I been expected to work , I was not capable and most likely would have died on the streets drunk. I like how they've evolved and now are able to offer help to more women. Their new home is VERY nice.
I’ve yet to see a program that I think more highly of. They have all the heart while providing the structure needed to live in recovery.

My home away from home. I found, not only recovery, but how to be a productive member of society, a mother again, a sister in recovery, found my Higher Power God again, a new found love for myself, and amazing staff and women. Dove is my foundation...always will be. Great meetings, groups, classes, outside help and organizations, who whole heartedly give what they can & donate to the women and children of this House.
