Excellent service rendered by all of the staff, especially Dr Bunn.
I always enjoy my visit. Everyone from the receptionist to the Doctor is smiling and open to answering questions. I have recommended Douglasville Dental to all my friends. The thoroughness of the hygentist is great and she never causes pain.
This was the best dental experience that I have ever had.Dr. Everling was very informative and walked me through everything that was diagnosed. She also gave me the option of treatment based on my affordability; I am definitely recommending her and the company .
I believe I have found a new dentist!
Service was fast and professional and they didn't try to get me to replace my old filling like a large dental group in Douglasville did.
Everyone there is very friendly. Dr Bunn is awesome as is his assistant. The gentleman that works the front office is also very nice and has always been very helpful to us with the financial aspect of being a patient there.
Everyone at Douglasville Dental Associates is so kind and helpful. From cleaning and x-rays to dental work performed and billing, all associates truly cared about my experience and treated me with respect and courtesy. Dr. Ebeling was very gentle and explained all dental procedures with knowledge and professionalism. Ingrid was also very gentle and took time to explain procedures. All in all, I received great customer service and I'm more than satisfied !!
I must admit that I was not looking forward to going to the dentist. The last time I went to the dentist I left in pain and refusing to return. I can pleasant say that I enjoyed my appointment. Everyone in the office made me feel completely comfortable and my experience a good one. I highly recommend this dental office. A wonderful overall experience!
