Maintance on top every issue. Place is welcoming neighborhood and quiet as well.
I have lived here for 2 and a half years. It is a great place to live. It is very safe and quiet. The manager Sheryl is very friendly and does a great job of managing the property. All staff are very friendly.
Everything is falling apart and they wont repair anything. The area for the washing machines is super dirty and they two never work right. All wire boxes near by are always exposed. The wooden stairs are rotting. This and so much more and yet the price keeps climbing upwards. Don't recommend in the slightest.
Lived here for about 1.5 years. It was a decent apartment. They are fairly spacious, have a great kitchen (minus not having a dishwasher 😞), good management and maintenance. Overall living here was a pleasant experience and we were sad to leave.
